How to figure out your college prep email address
Use your first initial and last name (including hyphens), then append @college-prep.org
For example, Bart Simpson will be bsimpson@college-prep.org

Once you have figured out your email address from the step above, Log into the FinalForms system using the link below

You will be presented with the screen below, select the Student Login icon in the middle

For the username, use the college prep email address you figured out in the step above. For the password, the default password in "prep2025"

Scroll down the list of forms on the left side of the screen. For each of the forms acknowledge by typing your name in the space provided. Click on "Submit Form" for each of them.
